As soon as possible you should

1. validate your Campus-Card
2. request a user ID (RZ-Kennung) at the IT services center (Rechenzentrum, RZ). You will need this in order to
   • log into the university computers
   • log into your mailbox, the WLAN or VPN, the learning management system, et cetera
   • log into the online administration server (here you can register for exams, see your grades, re-enroll, pay and much more)
3. log into – our e-Learning platform – and familiarise yourself with the structure in the course area of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Many courses require a password. Those will usually be given to you by your professor during the first lecture
4. find out about the possibility of renting one of the lockers on the ground floor of building A. You can rent a locker for a depost fee to the amount of 20€
